I am flying Indian to AHD and the baggage limit is 30 kgs. Since I need to carry Kitchen items/ clothes/ books etc, I am planning to engage some service providers to move it across.
What would be the best (safest & cheapest) way to move it across? Request suggestions...

best and cheapest would be to find a no brand movers and packers and watch over them meticulously. Easiest but a little costly would be to use one of the acclaimed packers - Leo, Agrawal etc.
I used Leo last month and they good but I had only one room to move 5 suburbs away in Mumbai
